The Louisiana Gaming Control Board unanimously approved the regulatory approval required to become a gaming operator in the United States to LRGC Gaming Investors, LCC, an affiliate of the Kodish Company. The approval paved the way for Kodish to finalize its acquisition of Diamond Jack's Casino & Hotel in Bossy and begin its transition to a global live! branded casino resort and entertainment destination. Key to the redevelopment is the construction of the first land casino in the Shreveport-Bosier market. In addition to completely renovating its hotel rooms and public spaces, Kodish plans to develop a new land casino to replace the existing casino Riverboat. Live!
